Sowing seeds ~

We planted our seeds this week, excitedly awaiting the sprouts and then plants to come that we will put in our garden. We planted onions, tomatoes, squash, peppers, carrots and some herbs. Timmy, Matthew and I had a great time getting our hands dirty and spending time together. Matthew filled the cups with potting soil and then planted the tiny seeds that will soon be plants with delicious fresh vegetables on them. It is the simple things in life that are so special. God has truly blessed us.

Genesis 1:11
And God said, “Let the earth sprout vegetation, plants yielding seed, and fruit trees bearing fruit in which is their seed, each according to its kind, on the earth.” And it was so.
